A single 3D core that shatters, reforms, and morphs through five material states as you scroll — one shader system, zero shortcuts.

Most scroll-driven web animations swap between pre-rendered video clips or separate 3D models per section. This causes visual pop-in, heavy asset downloads, and rigid transitions that break when scrolling backward or at non-standard speeds.
Fracture was designed to solve this with a single persistent WebGL object that morphs continuously across material and structural states without swapping meshes or loading new assets.
Fracture features a central 3D geometric core that transforms across 5 material states as the user scrolls down the page:
Fracture is driven by a single custom GLSL Fragment and Vertex Shader applied to a single instanced buffer geometry.
